Consumerpedia.org Launches User Built Consumer Resource

Consumerpedia.org has launched as a "consumer information resource everyone can help build." The site, which looks like a cross between Wikipedia and Epinions, allows users to rate and discuss topics -- and also to create and define the relationships between the different topics. Currently, new users are suggesting topics on the site like "carpet" and "HDTV." The website is still in its infancy, but it already has a blog to keep bloggers and users up-to-date on its progress.
